This committee is responsible in delivering
intelectual and material assistance to the Afghans inside and outside the country
.
Duties:
- To coordinate Afghans' assistance
with each other.
- To prepare material assistance such as food, medicine,
clothing, toys and other
needed goods to the refugees and the maimed,
especially widowed women and
orphaned children inside and outside
the country.
- To receive humanitarian and financial assistanace from any
possible sources including
internal and external, for as long as it
does not cotradict the principles of the APA and
that of the national
interests of Afghanistan.
- To assist the new Afghan immigrants in solving
their new immigration problems.
- To establish mental and physical sport instituions
and to assist in finding jobs for the
