Contact Info: This committee is in charge of th organizational structure
as well as supervision on all th duties of all EC's and the members.
Duties: - Approving membership to the APA. - Providing,
managing, and recording of the documents of the APa members in particular
and that of APA's as a whole including seret an unsecret documents.
- Preparing and providing plans for the attraction and recruitment of individuals
and groups to the APA membership. - Receiving reports of th Fundamental
Peace and Unity Assemblies (FPUA) regularly and reporting on them to
the superior organs. - Providing guidelines to the FPUA's. Supervision:
- To prevent violations of the APA principles and goals by the APA members from
top to bottom. - To prevent penetration by the war-seeking and
unity-breaking individuals to the APA - To provide documents and reports on
rewarding or punishing APA members. - To reward and recognize active members
of the APA who have shown outstanding abilities in the implimentation
of th APA's goals. - To prepare and organize the list of names of the candidates;
to prepare and propose the election system plan to the CC in the fourth
