The EC's are the working and leading organs of the
APA which perform their duties towards the implimentation of the
APA's goals through seperate and specific plans according to rights
and authorities specified in the APA's principles. They also organize
the systematic relations with all other APA organs.
General Rights and Authorities of the EC's
1- Directors of the EC's have one vote each in the CC.
2- Directors of the EC's select their staff from among the members
according to the committee's needs and staff's qualification.
3- Vice president of the EC's assumes charge of the committee
in the absence of the director.
4- If the proposition of a committee is vetoed by the President
of the APA, that committee has the right to discuss its proposition
in the CC, and by receiving 2/3 of the vote, will overrun the
president's veto.
