Secretary:
This committee is implimenting and directing the APA goals in
regard to its foreign policy towards other counteries, internatinal
and peace organizations as well as peace movements.
Duties:
- To deliver the voice of peace of the people of Afghanistan
to the international community such as The United Nations and
OIC thrugh international tribunes.
- To establish relations with different organizations, political
and religous parties in Afghanistan and outside according to
the points expressed in the APA principles.
- To make an effort to bring closer the representatives of the
international governments, involved or other wise , in the Afghan
war for the purpose of negotiations and consultaions.
- To keep continous contact for cooperation, exchange of ideas
and benifiting from eachothers' experiences with other Afghn
and non-Afghan groups seeking peace and national unity.
- To encourage repatriation of Afghan refugees and their participation
in rconstruction of the country in conditions of total peace
and security.
- To support international circles seeking peace in Afghanistan
and across the world.
